The long awaited

CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE

(9th May 2008)

has finally been received

for the

Waste Water Treatment Plant

and

we have already begun work.

Prospectus - approved by ASIC - provides an opportunity for existing shareholders to increase their investment in the company at the same price as the previous OIS - $1.25 - until 5 pm on February 29, 2008.

After that date, the prospectus will be open to both new and existing shareholders at $1.35 - until June 30, 2008 (please note this date may change if the offer is fully subscribed earlier).

An independent valuation of the share value is $1.40 (see page 16 of the prospectus document for details).

Mel, previously from Casino Village Reception, and her partner Josh, recently welcomed into their family, their long awaited daughter Matilda Drew.

Matilda came into the world at 8.50pm on 18th March 2008 and weighed 7lbs. Mother and daughter are doing just fine and Amber, Tara, Britney, Seth and Brock are just thrilled to bits with their new sister.
