Casino Village RV Resort or "The Village" as it is fondly known, has been specifically designed to cater for Over 50’s who enjoy the RV Lifestyle.  In five short years we have turned a flat, grassed, old airport into a vibrant neighbourhood where RV travellers from all over Australia can meet with permanent residents, utilising the many facilities and attending activities and events provided within the Village.  Of course, in every community there have to be guidelines and these are available on request.

Housing sites are spacious with dividing hedges and have been designed with sufficient space to allow a motor home or caravan to be kept on the site which is a very popular feature of our Village.  The Village arranges garbage collection and the creation and maintenance of your lawns and hedges, unless there is a fence to contain your four-legged friend - as we are a pet friendly Village.

The first step is to contact an approved manufactured home builder.  We have builders approved to supply homes to those who would like to reside here and these manufacturers are providing an excellent standard of construction and finish.   They are also flexible in meeting the particular requirements of their clients.  Once the builder advises us that you have entered into a contract with them, a block is confirmed as yours.  Once you have had your plans drawn up the builder will submit them to us for approval, to ensure they meet the community guidelines and construction of your new home commences.  The builder keeps the Village advised as to its progress and when it is ready for occupation, you will sign a lease and you are on your way!Cottages

Another approach is to purchase one of the  established homes that are for sale from time-to-time.  Feel free to ask for more information in relation to these homes.

Casino Village RV Resort is located in the friendly town of Casino. Situated on the Richmond River, the town offers all of today’s modern facilities.  At the junction of the Bruxner Highway and the Summerland way, it provides easy access scenic drives to the coast and hinterland areas of Northern NSW.  Within 1.5 kms there are banks, major supermarkets, numerous shops (bakeries, newsagents, butchers, clothing) plus doctors, dentists, chemists, ambulance and a hospital.  If you can’t find something, Lismore is approximately half an hour away with larger stores such as Bunnings, Spotlight, K-Mart, Big W, Harvey Norman etc.

So, what more could you ask for?  Why not come and visit, you’ll be so glad you did!
