Stages 1, 2 and 3 of our manufactured homes precinct are all with houses on site. There are a couple of blocks available in Stage 3 - no guarantee how long they will last. Stage 4 is in the "drawing up" stage and those who have registered an expression of interest will have first option on the blocks when they are available. Make enquiries now!

There will be under cover motorhome parking. All Villas will have their own metred electricity supply, tank and mains water, bathroom and toilet, laundry - it can be your home when you're not on the road. The Village management will maintain the front gardens and lawns so you don't have to worry while you are away travelling.

You will own your home and rent the land on which it is situated. Depending on your personal finances, you may be eligible for rent assistance from Centrelink.
